一、在設(shè)計(jì)真空氣力輸送系統(tǒng)時(shí),要考慮混合比和風(fēng)速。當(dāng)輸送物料不同時(shí),混合比、風(fēng)速等工藝參數(shù)也會(huì)不同。設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)應(yīng)合理選擇設(shè)備。如果輸送管的直徑太小,很容易堵塞。對(duì)于流動(dòng)性較差的物料,當(dāng)混合比較大時(shí),一般建議選用較小的直徑。對(duì)于流動(dòng)性好的物料,當(dāng)混合比很低時(shí),應(yīng)選擇較大的管徑。
