（1）風機試運轉(zhuǎn)前，應(yīng)符合下列要求：

(1) Before the fan test run, the following requirements shall be met:

1）軸承箱和油箱應(yīng)經(jīng)清洗潔凈、檢查合格后，加注潤滑油；加注潤滑油的規(guī)格、數(shù)量應(yīng)符合隨機技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定；

1) The bearing box and oil tank shall be cleaned and checked to be qualified before lubricating oil is added; The specification and quantity of lubricating oil shall comply with the provisions of the accompanying technical documents;

2）電動機、汽輪機和尾氣透平機等驅(qū)動機器的轉(zhuǎn)向應(yīng)符合隨機技術(shù)文件的要求；

2) The steering of drive machines such as motors, steam turbines and tail gas turbines shall meet the requirements of the accompanying technical documents;

3）盤動風機轉(zhuǎn)子，不得有摩擦和碰刮；

3) Turn the fan rotor without friction and scratch;

4）潤滑系統(tǒng)和液壓控制系統(tǒng)工作應(yīng)正常；

5）風機的和連鎖報警與停機控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)經(jīng)模擬試驗，并應(yīng)符合下列要求：

5) The safety and interlock alarm and shutdown control system of the fan shall undergo simulation test and meet the following requirements:

a）冷卻系統(tǒng)壓力不應(yīng)低于規(guī)定的值；

a) The cooling system pressure shall not be lower than the specified minimum value;

b）潤滑油的油位和壓力不應(yīng)低于規(guī)定的值；

b) The oil level and pressure of lubricating oil shall not be lower than the specified minimum value;

c）軸承的溫度和溫升不應(yīng)高于規(guī)定的值；

c) The temperature and temperature rise of the bearing shall not be higher than the specified maximum value;

d）軸承的振動速度有效值或峰-峰值不應(yīng)超過規(guī)定值；

d) The effective value or peak-to-peak value of bearing vibration speed shall not exceed the specified value;

e）喘振報警和氣體釋放裝置應(yīng)靈敏、正確、可靠；

e) The surge alarm and gas release device shall be sensitive, correct and reliable;

f）風機運轉(zhuǎn)速度不應(yīng)超過規(guī)定的速度。

f) The operating speed of the fan shall not exceed the specified maximum speed.

6）機組各輔助設(shè)備應(yīng)按隨機技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定進行單機試運轉(zhuǎn)，且應(yīng)合格；

6) Each auxiliary equipment of the unit shall be subject to single unit test run according to the provisions of the accompanying technical documents and shall be qualified;

7）風機傳動裝置的外露部分、直接連通大氣的進口，其防護罩（網(wǎng)）應(yīng)安裝完畢；

7) The protective cover (net) of the exposed part of the fan transmission device and the inlet directly connected to the atmosphere shall be installed;

8）主機的進氣管和與其連接的有關(guān)設(shè)備應(yīng)清掃潔凈。

8) The intake pipe of the main engine and related equipment connected to it shall be cleaned.
